the platinum suite was amazing it had a huge space and everything you could possibly need the staff were very nice especially shelique she went out of her way to. the location was also great i really enjoyed that
i found the room was only cleaned once a week which i found gross i had to ask for clean towels almost every day the bathroom was small with having to take a shower in the bath tub i didn't love this detail

there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby the hotel this provides convenient options for meals and refreshments throughout the stay i found many great spots within a short walk offering diverse cuisines. it was exciting

the location proved convenient.. close to many attractions.
the room i had overlooked some kind of industrial area. throughout the night, there was a constant, loud crushing noise. it sounded like garbage trucks and recycling machines right outside my window. this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the noise was quite disruptive and went on for hours.

the blackout blinds in the bedrooms were not very effective. this made it difficult to sleep in as the room was not dark enough.

the check-in was smooth and the staff were very friendly. my apartment was spacious and included all essentials for cooking, a real home away from home. hot water pressure was excellent and i had two tvs for my enjoyment.
the bar was closed .

lack of cleaningbathroom update
The bedroom got uncomfortably warm. I was unable to adjust the heat. The lounge area felt quite cold in contrast. Also daily cleaning was not provided since my stay was less than seven days. The bathroom could use some updates and more counter space would be helpful.
